Return & Refund Policy

Vikkumyshop, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Items without original packaging or labels.

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective).

  • Personal hygiene-related products ( kitchen cloths, sponges, food storage containers if opened).


3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@vikkumyshop.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the return address.

  3. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the refund status.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible.
